Brandi passante was a cult celebrity after her appearance on A&E's reality series 'StorageWars. Also, it featured Jarrod Schulz, Passante's boyfriend of many years and now husband. Storage lockers, whose tenants haven't paid their rent for the last three months, are auctioned off in the show. Brandi and Jarrod who run the "Now and Then" thrift shop in Orange, California participated in the auction in hopes to acquire storage units for cheap prices. They didn't realize that the show would actually make reality stars out of them! In the course of the show, the couple proved themselves to be tactful and successful bidders. They became the stars. Following they appeared on the TV reality show, the couple were successful in increasing the size of their store. Following their appearance on the show "Storage Wars," a spin off show 'Brandi and Jarrod: Married To the job" was made exclusively for the couple.
